I wouldnt call her ugly, she is average or slightly above.

Of course this observation is based upon actually having seen real women in my lifetime. My perceptions are not clouded by only having seen retouched photos of wimminz on the internet.

I'd say above average based on seeing lots of people on a daily basis (work in a mall).
 
I'd give her a solid 5 with potential for a 6 or 7 if I could see her in person. She appears to have a nice face and doesn't appear big, both of which are key.

Boobs will not win the battle with gravity. All you men out there that can't appreciate small boobs are doomed to look at saggy boobs or artifical boobs in your old age.
