And regardless of whether or not it is indeed fake, is anyone really expecting some surprise rates? The iPhone will be offered by Cingular, thus will use Cingular's rate and data plans. I'm not getting what there is to "leak."

Its an ad for an iPhone yet the girl in the picture appears to be using a clamshell type phone. I'd say its fake.

That is a really crappy image... I could have done better with Microsoft Paint! The whole thing looks like a quick Cut and Paste job.

Besides, Apple already said that they don't want the carriers discounting their phones because it creates price competition with their other iPod lines. I'm willing to believe that they'll get their wishes fulfilled, too, since you almost never see new Apple products on sale with big discounts from the retail price.
