UCSBgaucho.com is the newly everything ultimate resource for UCSB gauchos. Even if you're thinking about Santa Barbara, visit here. There are a plethora of resources for one to view. Please let me know what you think of my site. Your first impressions etc. Thanks.

And, not bad design except for some of the images like this one, the text on that needs to be changed. It looks like a bad paint shop pro job or something.

Title? The text in the graphics need a lot of work. I think the layout would look better if it were consistant...

I just want to say that I drove through Santa Barbara in the beginning of August (My wife and I took a trip to CA from FL and drove from San Deigo to San Francisco) and that was one of the nicest cities I have ever seen. We were only there about 2 hours, but we had lunch in the downtown shopping area and everything there was so beatiful.

Here are some quick thoughts that would make it more to my liking.

1) Since you don't have very much information per page, it is highly annoying to have to scroll on every single one (I'm using 1024x768 resolution at the moment).
2) Why so much wasted space on either side? Fill that space with something other than blue or orange rectanges and it would look nicer.
3) Increase the font size a tiny bit.
4) It would be nice for the news to link to the articles that the news discusses.
5) Why would I care about your favorite music when I'm interested in Santa Barbara?
6) It would be nice to sort the dining by type as well as alphabetically.
7) The click for forcast doesn't do anything.
8) Isn't it more standard to put "home" on the left instead of the right?
9) Jamison who? Without a last name the first name is kindof meaningless.
10) No need for all that blank space at the top.
