Ratchet and Clank: Quest for Booty

Just wondering if anyone else purchased this. I got it about 12:15am last night cause I'm on DSL and took quite some time to DL, so I only got to play it for like 20 minutes or so.

So far so good, pretty much the same engine as TOD. I did notice however some SLIGHT framerate hiccups, which I did not witness once in TOD. I was kind of surprised by this actually, and it happened when the camera would move quickly and adjust to new stuff moving on screen.

But like I said I hardly played it so far, but from the LOOKS of how it starts, I am not sure if there are any new weapons in this one over TOD. I'm hoping there are some new weapons but I am not sure, especially considering it's only considered to be 3-4 hours long.

I also am not sure if there are any cutscenes (pre-rendered ones with the ingame engine as there were in TOD) but it looks like they are using this "story-book" type of story telling.

But so far so good, I am looking forward to putting some time into it this weekend

I also didn't get it until late last night and only played about 15 minutes or so. I'm hoping there are new weapons. The game starts you out with several weapons, but there are several blank spaces. So I'm hoping that at least one of those will be for a new weapon.

I downloaded it last night. It took almost 2 and a half hours. I don't know why, but my PS3 downloads super slow compared to my 360. I only got a few mins with it also, but I liked what I played so far. I think it'll be worth the 4 bucks

Maybe it was PSN, it took forever for me to download the Force Unleashed demo last night. I imagine their servers were probably pretty well hammered between the two.

From what I hear the game is barely that long.

i downloaded it last night..took forever. Played and beat it today, kinda short but i enjoyed it.
