Rat short story

Just listened to this short story during my commute:

https://www.audible.com/pd/Sci-Fi-Fantasy/Rat-Audiobook/B002VASMRU

It was a pretty good story and a funny setting. It was written and narrated by the author and he does a good job with the narration. Most definitely worth 40 minutes of time. The imagery you can create in your head is fun with the main character.

I've been listening to the Editor's picks in the audible app under the alternate realities / sci fi section and I enjoyed this one the most so far out the selection there.

Listen to audiobooks for my commute everyday. Get from my library mostly but think I'll check this one out thanks.

You might like GraphicAudio - "a movie in your mind":

Many of them have multiple narrators (or a narrator who can do multiple voices), music, sound effects, etc. Basically a movie, minus the picture, but specifically meant for listening to instead of watching. A little bit more fun than your average audiobook or podcast! I like the pricing a lot better than Audible, plus subscriptions are available. They currently over over 1,500 titles available. Nice option if you have a long commute!

Wow that sounds really cool. Definitely going to take a close look.
