Rascal at Disneyworld

It seems to me the best strategy for not waiting in line at Disney or other theme parks is to be handicapped. The fatty on crutches always gets to break to the front of the line. How much does a Rascal rental cost for the day? Whatever it is, it's gotta be better than waiting in a 2 hour line.

So, would you fake a limp to rent a rascal and avoid lines?

It would kinda suck to drive around there on one of those in this weather.
Just take a friend along and break one of their legs. (that should be a poll option)

Heh, funny you mention this....

When I was in 9th grade (1995), the band went to Orlando to be in a parade at Disneyland. Well, the day we had scheduled to go to the park turned out to be PERFECT weather. Everyone and their extended family was there. PEOPLE EVERYWHERE. Myself and 2 friends had this brilliant idea to rent a wheelchair (the cost was like $5 at the time) and fake being handicapped in order to beat the lines...

Long story short, we got to go on all the rides at least twice, some we hit 3 or 4 times. We'd always help the "handicapped" one who was in the chair at the time into the rides, etc (really ham it up)...and always got to skip the line. Everyone else in the band got to go on MAYBE 1/3 of the rides / attractions ONCE. They spent all their time waiting in the lines! We all agreed that it was the best $1.xx we'd ever spent.

Would I do this now? Of course not - but it sure would be tempting, given the resounding success we had with it the one time we tried it.

You don't need any handicap to rent one. All you need is the $$$. And yes, on most rides, you get to cut in front, but your seating usually sucks.
