RAS Server Problem

In win2k Pro im trying to setup a RAS server so my friend can connect to me via a dialup modem and connect to me in order to access the internet. He can connect just fine but cant get to the internet. I know I have to enable ICS but I cant find the tab, I goto the properties on my NIC and theres no sharing tab, only the main one. Any help appreciated.

Did you set up his gateway and DNS server?
