Rare SMPS 5vSB help

Hi Guys

I have a Fujitsu FM Towns II computer, Started to act and replaced a swollen Low voltage section Capacitor together with the rest of them, (Nice clean work) after the repair the PSU occasionally powered on, and then totally died. I suspect the 5V standby has failed, as i did all the tests and the +12v is there. Can someone please show me where i should look on the PSU and what might be the component to check? what area i should concentrate?
I have also tested the relay and activates ok.
It really is a rare PSU and have found zero information on the net, no schematics nothing, that is a blind mission to find the problem
here is a pic if someone can help would really appreciate it.
