Rare file sharing?

Ok, I need a rare file sharing program. My college is restricting lots of them. Any suggestions, and where should I get them?

Is IRC restricted? You could use that. It's not 'rare" by any means, but it may not be blocked.
Also, even if you find a "rare" peer to peer client, chances are there won't much of anything on there for you to download.
