Hey,

I'm just curious as to what you all think the best software for opening .rar files is. Something that is minimal on resources is a plus.

7-zip opens almost all archived/compressed formats including rar.

I've had winRAR once before and that was OK. I just installed 7-zip and that's working out pretty good.

I used WinRar before I discovered 7-zip.

Now I use 7-zip. you can't go wrong with either one really.
