Raptor X worth selling? Virtually unused.

Hi everyone I've got a WD Raptor X 150GB (see link).

http://support.wdc.com/product/kb.asp?groupid=611&lang=en

I think this is the drive that I have, but it's at home at the moment and there is no one to check (i'm up at uni).

I bought it about 2 years ago for my build and decided after a couple of months it was a bit noisy for my machine, since I had put so much effort into silent cooling. I'm the kind of person that likes dead silence and pitch black when going to sleep though, i'm sure the noise from this hard drive wouldn't bother most people!

So it was only used for a couple of months and it's been gathering dust since. Is it worth anything? It doesn't seem different to the new velociraptor apart from the 3Gb/s sata connection.

new velociraptor:

These new ones are around £100 or $140, so surely this is worth something...?

Any offers? haha

Thanks,

Jez

Looking at reviews from the summer of 2006, it looks like it performs about half as well as a modern 1Tb Spinpoint F3, for about twice the noise and power consumption. It's worth a case of beer, if the beer isn't too expensive.
