Okay,so I picked up a raptor x 150 gb today...
And can you believe that it did not come with an sata cable or mounting screws???!!!!

I think that that is extremely weird(but it is a full moon)!!
Anyone else have this problem????

Also earlier today,it was still posted as $169.00 on the best buy website.I called the store and asked them if they could hold one for me.They were mean and said no.When I arrived at the store to buy the drive...it was listed as $203.00????

I went online to show them the price, but it was changed to $199.00..weird.Plus,they said that the 15% off was already taken off the price.Good thing that I showed them the AT forum...I got it for $169.99!!

But now...no sata cable or mounting screws?????Anyone else have this problem???
Also, how do I set up the raptor to sit vertically in my case????(I have an armor junior case)

wrong forum aside, there was a thread, i think in OT, about how BB websites in-store refer to an internal server with different pricing.

Cables come with your mobo. Screws come with your case.

No problems mounting vertically here. If a drive has an issue with this config it should say so clearly.

the retail raptor x drive I got from best buy 6 weeks or so ago came with the blue Western Digital "secure connect" sata cable that fits the WD drive socket. its a more secure fit and less likely to snap off the small sata connector on the drive. I dont remember if it had screws or not
