Raptor 16mb cache: 150 vs 74

Does anyone have any information of links to information between the performance of the 150 raptor and the 74 raptor, both with 16mb cache?

Also, is there a date when 16mb 36gig raptors will be selling?

The new 74 is very slightly faster than the 150. There is a thread on here somewhere about when they were announced. Has comparisons and info all about them.
