I noticed when I purchased my Raptor 150 that there where jumper pins on it. Does the Raptor 150 need a jumper pin on it like IDE drives?

THANKS

Ok I saw this on WDs site:

Jumper settings - Currently an eight-pin jumper block which is only used to enable power management on the drive. There are no master/slave settings since there is only one drive per cable.

This sounds like it's for all SATA

No jumpers needed on SATA drives normaly. Some of the SATA 3G drives have a jumper setting to force them to SATA 150 mode, but thats about it.
