Has anyone checked out RapidBrowser 2.5?? (CNET)...

I looks to me that this is just one big information gatherer. Movies, Mp3's, browsing, and chat...
This thing sounds like it would be a marketers dream tool. Has anyone tried this out? or checked it for spyware? not only that, you have to register with the company to use it!

Any opinions???
