At the beginning of the summer I was around 185 pounds. In the middle of winter before I started the gym I was 185ish as well. During the summer I stopped working out. Now I'm at 160 pounds @ 5'11. How did I loose so much weight? I don't think I loss that much muscle.

That's kinda funny because I stopped going to gym like a month ago and now actually weight less... Not by that much, just a few pounds. And you might mention water weight and all that, but I've weighted myself a few times, all consistantly less than before :).

Thats because you lost muscle mass, not fat. I stop working out 1 month a year and I lose 15-17 pounds in that month alone, all muscle loss.

As for the OP weight loss, id say its cancer. Sorry bub.

My eating habits have changed I guess.. I havent been eating as much within the last month. Between work and hanging out with people. Havent had alot of time. Only explanation I can think of.. that including some muscle loss. I think my scale is messed up. I was around 175 a week or two ago.
