It's a very hurtful word to use as geek l33tspeak (in place of its real meaning) for some women. It's childish of you to want to use it an attempt to be kewl.

Nar, how do you figure the verb 'to rape' has only one meaning or implication? What is that meaning to you? It seems to me a multiplicity of possible interpretations exist each pointing to a forceful pillaging of what is seemingly inviolate.

Cheers ! : )

Yes, of course, it is interchangable with "owned," and if you don't like that, suck my left nut. Or I'll force you.

One car raped another one at the track.

One team raped another one on the field/court.

May not be P.C., but I don't care. I use it, my wife even occasionally uses it. It does have a use when you're describing something in an extreme manner.

Perhaps one of the most interesting and colorful words in the English language today is the word "rape." It is the magical word which, just by its sound can describe pain, pleasure, love, and hate.

In language , "rape" falls into many Grammatical categories.

It can be used as a verb both transitive (John raped Mary) and intransitive (Mary was Raped by John).

It can a noun (Mary is a terrific rape).

As you can see there are very few words with the overall versatility of the word rape.

Aside from its sexual connotations, this word can be used to describe many situations:

2)Fraud.............."I got raped by the car dealer,"

3)In place of the word staaab........"Oh, rape it!"

4)Trouble............"I guess I'm raped now,"

6)Disgust............"Rape me."

15)Dismissal ......... "Why Don't you go outside and play hide and go rape yourself!"

it can be maternal..........."MOTHERAPER!!"

"Rape a duck." ~Walt Disney~

"Houston we Have a big raping problem." ~the crew of Apollo13~

Certainly, it has many meanings, but I'd use the word carefully -- as it has a particularly nightmarish connotation for many people

I'm not sure that some of the people here are quite as well prepared for questions like that as the people at DWF. Nevertheless, some of the responses here have been rather humerous. :)
