I hate rap videoes.

Want videographers to film for free
Want editors to edit for free
Want extras talent for free

Here's the difference between rap music and rock music.

Rock songs are about feelings, emotions, and events.

Rap songs brag about how cool, rich, and how many girls/guys the rapper gets.

Why is that? Almost as if rappers are trying to prove something.

little brother, a hip hop group from north carolina released a video for their song "lovin' it" where the group pokes fun at the styles of "gangsta" and "icy". black entertainment television (bet) refused to air the video stating that it was "too intelligent". so what you see on tv doesnt represent the genre as a whole. but what can you do when the people with the control want to dumb down their programming to appeal to the masses and the impressionable?

And yet MTV has never heard of them? BET isn't the only station that airs rap videos.

Heavy metal videos are starting to get just as lame.
Band
Setting(warehouse, stage, alley, etc)
Closeup (guiar, face, drums)
Flashing lights
Everyone headbanging while playing
Few camera angle changes

Just saved you 4+ minutes.

Yea, You're lucky if you happen to catch a music video on, but I do see them on once in a great while. I actually don't watch MTV often, but I do click on that channel at least once a day.

after seeing the direction mtv2 started going, which is the same exact path as what mtv is now, i gave up on it completely. im over music videos now. if i want to be exposed to new music, i let xm play for a while.
