I just need to vent this out!!! My boss was questioning my overtime. He told me that i'm abusing the system. I drive back and forth from our PE office to our district office. And he's questioning my travel time plus my 10-15 minutes of being late some days.
While he's having a red a$$ about it, his favorite employee just sits in his chair, flirting with somebody on the phone 6 of 8 hrs. everyday while sending emails (no joke). As if these weren't enough, my boss gave my phone to him (because it has multi-line) and requested for a new computer because he don't like sharing pc with somebody else!:|:| They play volleyball together on weekends (neighbors).
I need advice how to handle this kind of situation. Should I cnfront him or just ask for transfer?
