RANT: WTF at my car dealership

Well it's possible they ran out of pads, one of the most often replaced parts in the car. I'm pretty sure they stock parts on as needed basis, not in advance as it costs them money. It's only one day after ll, ain't so bad.

take your car in..6 hours later they call u back and tell you out of pads...

unacceptable...waste of gas...waste of time..

I would probably complain to the service manager
