What brain surgeon decided that 20 items or less is right for the express lane? I had a single, .79 pack of dip mix for my daughter's birthday party and had to stand in line, 12 deep for 20 minutes. Grrrrrr. Our local supercenter has 34 registers, about one-third were closed.

My wife tells me when I get home that I could have went to the restaurant counter, jewelry counter or to the candy shoppe in the front... Grrrrr

The amount of cars I see at walmart every day I avoid shopping there unless its absolutly necessary. Its always a mad house in there even when its not the Holiday Season.

Ugh. I used to hate people who did that. I'd be in electronics buying a single item or trying to get the slack-jawed cashier to open one of those glass cases to get something and there would be some fat bitch with $400 worth of groceries and 25 coupons in front of me agonizing over how to spell out WalMart on the check she started writing out after the cashier gives her the total . I'm glad there are no WalMarts anywhere near where I live now.

I never would have went in, but it's the only place that had that particular brand of dip mix, the Wal-mart is less than 5 minutes away, and my little girl's party was to start in 2 hours. I warned wife.... NEVER again!

Wal-Mart sucks! Usually if somoene is behind me, and they have a few less items than I do, I let them go ahead of me.

If its a small item or two, just buy it at another store. Otherwise the money saved at walmart is probably worth a few extra minutes in lines.

Or you could have been in and out of a convenience in store five minutes.

And the mullets, don't forget the mullets :D

If you want people out of your way... just yell "Look, it's Dale Jr!" and point behind you.

Don't you hate it when you're in line and the person waiting behind you is TWO INCHES away from you, breathing down your neck? Haven't they ever heard of PERSONAL SPACE?!

Unfortunately, the type of product I was looking for was only found at Wal-Mart.

The other day, I was at Wal-Mart standing in line. There was this nasty couple in front of me who looked like they could have been poster children for all the white trailer-trash in America. It was so disgusting because they were making out the whole time the cashier was scanning their items. Really making out, you could hear sucking noises and crap.

I try not to forget my mullet wig and billy bob teeth whenever I go shopping at walmart. I really should put them in the glovebox or something. I've been contemplating wearing cutoff jeans and a nascar tshirt complete with everlast high tops and white tube socks with three green stripes, but there are some lines you just don't cross.

Does that mean you normally shop there in your underwear?
