They never told us they offered Talk + Text Family Plans

You dont know how many times we went over on text limits bleh.

And it turns out it will cost exactly the same for unlimited texts on all lines.

You're upset because a company didn't tell you that you could be paying less for the same service? You have some pretty high expectations for what a company should do. IMO that's on the customer to research and sign up for the best plan for their family.

^ ya ya, but if they would of told us when we were asking for more texting ..ect then that would of been better customer service.
