RANT: Verizon have the worst customer service

I've never seen such horrible customer service. i'm so pissed right now.

where can i file complaint?



i'm still waiting on the phone for 20 minutes now just to speak to a customer service rep about my bill that they fked up.


i signed up for dsl service. told them not to send me the dsl filters which cost $20! to ship (it's free but they charge you $20 to ship)


i wasl also told the first month was free....nope...the charge is on my bill.

and i signed up for the $14.99 768k/128k but they charge me the standard plan of 3mb/128?


i swear they have idiots working there that never answer the phone.
