The company i work for approved my time off for july 5th through 13th, cause im going on vacation, but they only approved the days i had to work, the days i didnt have to work, they had no need to approve. A week ago, they changed my schedule, now those days I had off before, I dont, and If i goto oregon, I need to call in, in which case im fired.

I want to break something, grrr
 
I would say find a better job, but I know that is much easier said than done in today's economy.

Yeah, i have been talking to them for a week... everytime, they would say they would look into it and get back to me, and guess what.. every day i ask, they say the same thing...

drop an email to your hr department and cc: the boss. explain, nicely, what's going on, and how you intended to be off for the entire period - work schedule change or not.
 
If i talk directly to the boss, im pretty sure ill get fired, it has to go through my team supervisor, which goes through their supervisor, which goes through theirs or whatever... //

I work @ Stream.. they dont care about 1 employee. bastards
