Rant : USPS do NOT scan delivery confirmation ?

ok.. I appreicated my postman stop by everyday to delivered my mail...

but WTF with USPS lately ?

send out 5 packages recently...
only 1 is scanned after delivery ?

I wonder why I am paying my extra $0.5 for this non-service ...

Print out a label online and don't pay for DC.

99.9% of my packages get scanned for delivery; 2000+ packages a month

It's important to highlight the top part of the barcode with a green pen if you use the electronic confirmation.

If using the retail form, make certain you place the sticker like 1mm from the edge of the left or right side of the delivery address section.
