[RANT] Thread updates...

When you post an update to a thread (and you care enough to post a revised title like "Relationship question [update]," DO NOT put the update in a NEW POST buried somewhere in the middle of the thread! INSTEAD, PUT THE 'UPDATE' IN BOLD PRINT, at the BOTTOM of your ORIGINAL POST. THE 'UPDATE' should be prefaced with the words "EDIT:" or "UPDATE:". It is EXTREMELY annoying when I find an interesting thread and there's an update, but I can't find the update post.

Examples:
relationship question. (update)
going to duluth, mn any hotels that have Broadband?**UPDATE GOT IT** <-- this one isn't so bad because it's short, but the rule should still apply.
Tomorrow is judgement day for the Skoorbs. UPDATE: Got approved AND spoke to dealer. <-- THIS IS A PERFECT EXAMPLE. WHERE IS THE UPDATE? I HAVE NO IDEA. HELP ME FIND IT. :p

I'm done. Any questions?

EDIT: This is the proper form to post your update. Any questions can be directed toward me.
EDIT v.2: bumped @ 11:24 ET.

I got a question. Do you like Altoids?
No, they're too strong for me. But that's only peppermint. I like cinnamon and wintergreen.

I completely agree... I can usually find the update post, but it is annoying digging through the old posts.

Toppers...anyone else? Maybe I should update the original post with an, "EDIT: bumped @ 11:24 ET."
