RANT: stop putting 100$ rims on 20k cars

episodic

Lifer
wtf is with these people who drive a beat up 2005 buick with a great interior with stock rims? Where are the 20 inch spinners?

and they always have a stock tape deck with a cd/cassete adapter, factory speakers, and a not one amp pushing any 15" subs in the back...

poor budgeting?
no priorites?
just plain stupidity?
trying to emulate some gangster granny?

i think #4 is the most likely...grandma has them so you have to as well...meanwhile, you can afford to put in gas, you live in a 5 bedroom house with a manicured yard, while your kids go to private school...but i got dubs that don't farkin spin!

fvcking retards

[/end rant]

I know. I mean, if I can afford to put 24" spinners on my 84 GMC Sierra with a 2000W subwoofer, EVERYONE should be able to get rims and a fancy sound system.

Regardless of parody or not, I hate when people put nice rims on sh1tty cars, so I kinda disagree with this PSA. Stock rims on a $20k car is still alright. It's when you get to the $30s and up that you shouldn't be riding on stock anymore.

Stock is still ok on BMW's, they have the nicest stock wheels around. AMG wheels on a benz is a must.

Cars are always meant to be bought loaded. If you can only afford bare design then perhaps you're overextending yourself by trying to look cool in front of the nehgbors.
