Rant: Programming: Scheme

Whoever thought this god-forsaken sh!tpile of a programming language would be a good teaching tool needs to be taken out back and shot while being molested by Wduaqnug and having StormRider analyze the act. Ya, I get it, you like recursion, a lot. I don't. Give me a real god damn language. Oh, and your auto grader can kiss my @$$. Parend this.

Don't come to MIT. The first CS class, 6.001, teaches Scheme. All you do the first semester is Scheme. :disgust:😱:evil::frown:

I'm at georgia tech. Scheme too is our first semester CS class. Thank god i'm only an IE: 1 semester of scheme, 1 semester of java, then i'm done.
