rant: Partner gets me negative feedback

I'm so fvckin pissed right now cause my partner got me negative feedback on ebay.... I met her through a forums and she said she wanted to start a business with me. I talked to her on the phone and I knew she was legit. So I let her use my eBay account and PayPal account. Here are some things she has done to me:

Deleted my email from the PayPal account and added her own
IM me constantly
Bid on things and never pay for it
Sell things and never ship it
Waste my bandwidth
Changed email on everything
Charge outrageous shipping prices to get me negative feedback


Everytime she has a transaction on my account, she gets negative feedback.... I'm not trying to be stuck up or anything, but I'm very smart and I'm a business person. She thinks she is and she never ships it until like a week after, she lies to the customer saying that it wasn't her fault and that she was on vacation. She's wasted $20 on a tournament for a freestyling contest that had a $1000 prize.. .She was knocked out in the first round.

Right now, I'm thinking about withdrawing all the money out of her bank account....
