Rant on Win2k Restart/Standby/Hibernate

I have 3 different motherboards exhibiting different Restart/Standby/Hibernate abnormalities.

1. Abit BE6-II Restarts fine, hangs on standby, hibernate
2. Abit BH6 (Rev.1) Restarts fine, hangs on standby, hibernate
3. Abit BH6 (Rev. 1.2) Will not restart, but standby, hibernate work perfectly

What is the problem here, the MOBO BIOS? or WIN2k?

Actually, with standby/hibernate, its usually driver issues with win2k, and sometimes with win98/me.

All drivers have to be certified and crap like that, its very annoying, so I just leave my computer on all the time

I used to hate Hibernate because it never worked but somehow on this BP6 it's working great! I've been "on" for 3 days yet really I turn it off every time I leave the house
