So I ordered a pretty nice desk from them last Sunday in which they said it would be delivered on Tuesday. Come Tuesday, nothing. We give them a call on their 1-800 number then they say they didn't know whether or not to charge it so they didn't. They say they'd charge it that night then have it delivered on Thursday. Come Thursday and nothing. We called them three times that day but they said it was out for delivery. Come today, waited the entire day, nothing. Called at around 7 and they finally told us that four drivers said they "couldn't do it" and passed it down to another driver everytime. So the first driver said he couldn't do it so he put it on another guy's truck, then another guy's then another guy's and now I have to wait until Monday to get it. What the hell is that? I was this close to cancelling it and going somewhere else but this desk matches my room perfectly if I ever get it. Should I do anything to get some sort of discount? I'm seriously pissed about this. I was looking forward to getting my room all finished by this weekend and it turns out now I can't. Just my fvckin' luck.
