RANT: Office activation problems

Stupid MS. I go to activate, and I have to call in (I've activated too many times during my latest upgrade..) When I click the selection to call in using a phone, then hit next, the activation window completely disappears. I go to reinstall office, but since it's not activated the import/export menu is grayed out.



So, I'm going to have to lose all my settings and mail. ARG.

Reinstalling Office doesn't delete your Outlook mail store.

Call the 800 number. They will fix you up. Ive reinstalled office 2k3 professional at least 10 times or more. Always works w/o a hitch.

Oh and copy your mail folders to a floppy or something and them import them using the utility once outlook is reinstalled. I dont use outlook anyway...too bulky. I always save my mail prior to reformatting etc and uses outlook express to retrieve my saved folders.
