RANT: Nice but clueless co-workers who ask the same damn question 20 times!!!

$#@!

How many times must I explain how to use our banking system to this individual!

It's always the same question about every 6 weeks, $#@!

Thanks I feel better now 🙂

I did, I even re-iterated today "it would be a good idea to keep this in your notes for future reference".

Use the 'Pavlov's dogs' method. Tell them how banking works, then punch them in the nuts.

Next time they ask, just punch them in the nuts again.

it has happened to me a lot i usually just end up writing a doc on it and send it when i need to, my managers usually like it cause it shows initiative. *shrugs*

I got tired of people doing that exact thing, except it is not every 6 weeks, it is every month. I finaly just wrote out over 60 pages of instructions with pictures and everything.

I still get the questions. Stupid people suck.

I like that idea a lot.

I'll have her type the instructions, e-mail it to me ... whenever she calls I'll e-mail it back to her.
