Hmm. I haven't heard anything about that. I did try to gauge interest in a possible GTA meet last fall, but nothing really came of it. I wonder if that's what you're thinking of?

I'm still keen on doing it, so I'm going to start a seperate thread...

My roommate recieves a postcard from his mom every other day... She doesnt travel. They are all from Illinois, and they all have been just random quotes from famous people.

That's nothing. My old roommate's mom would call and ask for him using his Vietnamese given name and not the Americanized name he went by. It took me awhile to figure that one out. She'd call at freaking 7:30 am and he'd never answere. Also, her work was near our dorms so she would come by and knock on his window. And when he wasn't there she'd knock on our front door and wake me up. Damn that pissed me off.
