Rant: my power door lock on driver's side just crapped out on me...

my limited new car warranty was up to 36k only...

they quoted me $150 to fix it! thieves i tell you! it's annoying to lock the door manually .

Go get the part and open the door yourself. I don't know how, sorry. I am sure the information is available on some civic forum, but I don't know of any.

I had this problem in a 2000 Altima. It was the power window for the driver's window. Went out twice :-(.

Try and see if they can do a goodwill on it.
