No, you're missing the point.....He's will be profiting $50K++ even if he sells me the house for $135K-$140.
And as I've explained, he hasn't sunk much money at all into the house. $50K++ for not doing much is pretty good in my book(and I'm his brother)
As I've also stated that he never did tell me exactly what he want for the house....if he did....maybe we can come to a middle ground.
