First it was Fleet going to Bank of America.
Now MBNA is completely finalizing its system merger with Bank of America and I think it sucks!
Bank of America's online account access is horrible; while MBNA current Net Access is great. It shows you every detail about your account like the basics, what you owe, how much you have available, but also the APR% for everything and they also give you those disposable credit card numbers.
Bank of America's log in system is a complete PITA. I have to log in using a 10 digit number, then you have to pick the state that you are in, then you have to verify that your safety picture is correct; finally you input your password. At first it used to be my social security number for log in, now it?s another 10 digit number that I picked, it?s dumb they should let me pick my own user log in screen name. Their online access also shows you very little information about your account and no disposable credit card numbers are offered.
I want to complain about it, but I already did back when Fleet joined Bank of America. I also don?t see an email address where to send this; instead I have to actually call.
FYI this change happen on October 23rd so if you have a MBNA credit card that?s when you no longer log in at MBNA?s website.
