I just got a phone call from my manager...
'cause she received a phone call from an IT person...
asking how she can fix our problems.
apparently, this hot shot girl at work who doesn't know anything about database
put in a request for error management on behalf of me and my manager.
she posts up with some ambiguous description of what this error was.
her email request for support didn't make any sense what so ever.
and if we're having problems... why is she requesting for support?
she's not even in my department!
she works for corporate side, i work for north american side.
i guess she has a reputation of causing troubles like this for others in the office.
she likes to make people look bad... thinking that it'll make her look good.
but in the end... she turns up looking like a dumb, incompenent, and insecure worker who can't do even bad mouth people right.
i just spent last 20 mins... explaining to my manager... and to the IT person... that there's no problem.
and if the issue exists, then, it's a natural process of order that the company has been following for over a year.
damm... ever since she joined about 6 months ago... all she's been trying to do is pick fights with people... causing problems left and right.
don't these HR people know an incompetence when they see one? i'm just glad that i don't have to see her every day.
