RANT: IMB Travelstar HDD is SOO FVCKING Loud

I have an older Dell 2100 laptop(the small 3.5lb one) and the machine itsself is dead silent except the loud fvcking travelstar 15gb hdd....someone please recomend a new(quiet) hdd for this machine.....

I would use a Seagate. 5 yr. warranty too.

suprisingly, seagate doesn't make the quietest 2.5 drives, like they're know for with their 3.5 drives.

i got a Fujitsu MHT2040AT as a replacement drive for my hitachi a couple days ago. it is noticeably quieter.
