RANT: If you're a guy who doesn't flush, I'd like to know why

This is a serious question, and not a gross-out thread.

Seriously, if you're the guy and walks away from a urinal or stall without flushing, why the hell don't you? It takes almost no effort: push a handle. If the handle has evil germs, you're going to wash your hands anyway, right?

It is some strange territory-marking thing? I've never caught anyone in the act to corner and interrogate.
