RANT: I could throw my POS computer off the 2nd story balcony while it is on fire covered in my sh!t

2 years ago, it could run HL mods fine. Now with Steam installed it maxes out at 15 FPS with a 9800 pro. And that's not it. When an opponent runs onto my screen and into my view, my fvcking mouse stops responding or response becomes horribly slow making aiming impossible. I've lived with this POS long enough. Anyone have a Desert Eagle I can borrow? :|

EDIT: Forgot to mention, the CPU utilization constantly stays at 100% usage WTF... :|

have u run ad-ware or anything like that, could have spy ware running in the back ground
