99 times out of a 100, the driver honking is an idiot. Honking at cars stopped a red traffic light that just turned green because they didn't floor it the second it turned is idiotic.

come drive in LA, CA or any other major metro city and see if you don't honk a few times yourself. people are too damned inconsiderate, don't follow traffic laws, and yap away on their damn cell phones too much.
