RANT: GOD DAMMIT~!!!!!

Ordered 5 chairs from ChairsUnlimited.com.

All 5 Came without the Heightadjusting Poles,No wheels, and 1 Missing base that goes on the bottomtop of the chair.
These came by frieght and they had a packing slip of 5 packages listed
3 boxes being the chairs
1 box being 4 bottom bases
1 box being 5 spoke base.

Missing items

5x5 Wheels
5x1 Adjustable poles
1x1 Bottom base plate.

How could they forget to include the poles ?
or the wheels ?
It just doens't make sense.

yes they were all together on a pallet.
Saw the packing list.
5boxes listed.
received all 5 boxes.
Those items just weren't included 🙁
