Okay, for the umpteenth time I've misplaced that fscking cd of theirs and I need to reinstall the programs off of their so I can get my Audigy to play to a 5.1 system instead of a 2.1

So. Creative decides to be a jerk and not put them on their website!! Damnit!

Where can I gettem!

The Add on App to adjust my system from a 2.1 to a 5.1

I had no problem getting all the drivers and apps from Creative.

Did you try looking in the Surround Mixer. There is a drop down panel to choose speaker type.

See heres where the problem exists. I had to delete everything because my brother is a fvcktard and the EAX Environment would fvck with the rest of the drivers. I'd have to delete them all in order to get them back to default settings. It hasn't mattered until now.
 
Do what a lot of us have already done: vow that the next card you buy will not be from Creative.

It should be working from the generic Sound control panel; Creative's basic speaker config app just taps in to that.
 
good luck... I've had nothing but problems trying to get the files I ever need from Creative...

I don't personally have any creative cards but just out of curiosity, what problems have you had that would lead you do make such a vow?

I have never had any problems with Creative cards.

I do use a SBLive! 5.1

same drivers as the Audigy in question.
