I'm visiting a friend at his place of work. I'm waiting at the front desk and noone's there. I call my friend, and he said he's been called into a meeting and will be out in 10 min.
In the meantime, FedEx shows and asks if i can sign the package. I say no because I don't work there. He asks if there's anyone else can sign. I tell him that I don't know where the receptionist is, but someone is going to be here in 10 min to get me and he can probably sign.
He says he can't wait 10 min, and will send the package back to sender since it was refused. I asked why can't he re-deliver tommorow. He said he only redelivers if noone answers the door. But since I'm here, and i refuse to sign, it gets shipped back to sender as "refused." (the package wasn't going to my friend.)
WTF kind of stupid policy is that??? :| :\
