I just got my copy of NFS:U from Amazon(.co.uk), and I open the box and I see my copy of NFS:U, and it's French. The box is in damned French!
I can't read a word of it, never have been able to. I wanted to play it anyway, so I unwrapped it and inside, the manual and CD's were english.
I was thinking WTF! Stupid EA.
Why can't they make these things work properly? I don't have anything against the french, but it sucks, I don't want a screwy box. /rant
Now I've installed it, I put in disc one, menu comes up, I click play. It tells me to insert disc 2. I put in disc 2, and it says "please insert correct disc or CD-ROM" crap, and won't bloody work.
I was going to play a downloaded, cracked version of this game, but one of the files was corrupt, so I decided to buy it instead. Now I do buy it, feeling good for not stealing, it's a pile of crap that won't even work. What the hell is this crap?
