<Rant>Do not use HostOnce for hosting services

These people suck. First they put me on a slow server and I mean sloooooooow. Their customer service sucks; people who obviously take just enough time to complete a service request and get it off of their desk without following through on any details. They then put one of my domains on another supposedly faster server yet the domain will not propogate on the new server and in both instances I've never had a working secondary DNS.

End Result: Many days of down time costing me money and a waste of $60.00 just to find out that their servers and their service is about as bad as it can get. These people are the worst hosting experience I have ever had x 10.</Rant>

Very aptly put. I'm debating whether to contest the credit card charge; I don't think I can successfully dispute the charge but it may be fun just to cause some grief on their end. My only defense is that they say they are fast and reliable, neither of which has proved to be the case and they have not delivered the service advertised.

OTOH, I don't really want to waste any more time with this useless hosting service so at least I can warn the peeps on this board about not using them.

Once again, for those that missed it, HostOnce sucks.
