What's wrong with salt? You need to consume several grams per day to keep your electrolyte levels where they should be.

Are you just sprinkling it on and then cooking quickly/searing/grilling/whatever? If so, you're doing it wrong.

No-salt seasoning is intended to be used like a rub. Put it on, let it sit so the seasoning and flavors gets absorbed into the meat. Otherwise you're just burning it off or it washes off as the juices come out.

They all suck. Just stop using salt. It makes you puffy anyway (water retention). I stopped using it a few months back and realized all it does is blast your taste buds. I can pick out individual flavors in foods now.

There is no combination of seasonings that succeeds without salt. Salt is the glue that holds everything else together.

Take it back. Tell them it sucks.

Enough people do it, and they either fix it or they drop it from the shelves.

I have the same stuff and it's fine on fish.

Maybe you're not using enough?

Return it if you feel that strongly, they'll take it back, give you a refund and throw it away as they cannot of course put it back on the shelf.

The secret to costco's no salt seasoning is to add salt.

This. It's costco. If you don't like it for any reason whatsoever, take it back.

Only if you use way too much. The right amount of salt ENHANCES the flavors that are already in food.

i agree but this is america. almost everyone OVER uses salt.

i'm making Ribeye tonite. i might try salt instead of one of the various ms dash's no salt seasonings.
