This afternoon I called Rogers to cancel our home phone service. A simple task, correct? Apparently not. It took me nearly thirty minutes and I was transferred no less than four times. My question: If I was transferred four times, what are the other three individuals that transferred me being paid to do?
At least their first language was English and the CSR's are all based locally.
