RANT : Automated phone service @ USPS sucks donkey ass

Man... I had shipped an international package and I do not have the tracking number with me. I went to the post office and they told me to call the USPS number in order to get that.

The automated phone service sucks donkey ass. It does not understand a word I say. There is no easy way to get to customer service. I must have tried 5 different times and each time it repeats the same question. After answering many questions, suddenly my call comes to an abrubt end.

Pathetic.

USPS ships internationally?

Yes. They have partnership with some local carriers in other countries.
